The major hurdle we have identified is the lack of resources and funding for artists and their creative pursuits. Existing art funding structures often benefit established art organizations, leaving individual artists without the necessary resources for their work. This issue manifests not only in the lack of monetary support but also in restricted access to space, equipment, and supplies, limiting the creative potential of individual artists.
